Winchcombe

Today we had another beautifully sunny day with a high of 68 and a nice breeze. We hiked about 8 miles to Winchcombe and then another mile or so to check out Sudeley Castle. We had an elevation gain of 1,000 feet, which if you have been following the maths, is about a typical hike up Mt. Wachusett. Enjoy the days pics.

    Enjoying the photos and commentary! It seems like there's an old building around every corner. How are your feet holding up?

      So far so good! I took a little tumble yesterday, but I tucked and rolled and landed on some soft grass. Just a little sore spot on my knee. Fingers crossed, that's all aside from some tired legs.
